Frank Thanks for your thoughts, Rick. Of course, God's existence cannot, and I I believe will not ever, be proven - or disproven. That's not what this video is about. And I don't believe this video is about the "god of the gaps" scenario either, even though I feel confident in writing there will always be gaps, no matter how much science reveals. I simply believe this video suggests there is so, SO much that's happened, with SO MUCH complexity, that it's beyond the capability of evolution to answer it all. August 16, 2010 09:05 AM
Rick This video does nothing to prove the existence of a god, and I am certain what is being referred to here is the Christian god. All this video does is compel people to ask, who then made the god who made the Christian god; he/she/it, must have been even more complex. We are in an infinite recession of gods here. There is just as much possibility that it all happened by chance and evolution took over. To insert god in as the answer to everything for which we do not as yet have the answer, and may never be able to answer, is nothing more than the old and worn out god of the gaps scenario, which gets smaller and smaller as science finds answers to these questions. Soon there will be nowhere for this god to hide. This video is therefore useless as proof for anything. February 09, 2010 10:54 AM
