Perhaps you're not aware that the board of directors of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Assoc. of Canada has decreed that no more than 15 per cent of all donations can be spent on overhead and administration. All other resources must be directed toward the association's purpose: introducing Canadians to a loving God and helping churches do the same.
